What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges will vary depending on which rate you select (Economy $3.24 USD, Flat Rate $8.00 USD, Standard DDP $11.36 USD).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept paypal and credit card.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

How long will delivery take?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5­-8 business days
Canada: 6-­12 business days
World: 10­-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

My order never arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, the shipping company will often ship it back to us, in which case we will inform you that your package has returned to us. From there, we will ask you for the correct address and we will send it back out to you!

In the case that your package is not returned to us, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the size chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.


How secure is shopping in your online shop? Is my data protected?

We use an online payment platform called Stripe, which is used by hundreds of thousands of businesses—ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, who rely on Stripe’s software tools to securely accept payments and expand globally.

Stripe offers advanced machine learning fraud protection tools that help us detect and prevent fraud with Stripe Radar. We require 3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure) for all card payments. 3D Secure adds an additional layer of fraud protection and provides a liability shift for certain types of chargebacks.

Will you share my personal information?

No. We do not share you private information with third parties.


Some of your shirts are listed as Unisex. What size should I order?

Our garments are comforting and flattering for both men and women. Please refer to our size chart to help you decide the perfect size for you.

What is the print quality like on your shirts?

Very nice. Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo quality prints, and the amount of colors used doesn’t affect pricing.

Our orders are printed, packaged, and shipped out by our third-party partners, who have $16.8 million invested in printing tech, using industry-leading equipment to get our products looking awesome!
